A large indoor heated pool available for guests by appointment
The 28ft x 14ft (8.75m x 4.25m) swimming pool is to be found in a purpose-built, Scandinavian-style timber hall. It comes with a changing room, shower and WC facilities. Both pool and hall are heated by a sophisticated solar-powered system, backed up by oil, with the water at a minimum of 30°C. This makes swimming a most enjoyable experience throughout the year. The pool overlooks the garden and the paddock and includes a pleasant sitting area where you can relax after a swim.
The owner is happy to share the pool with guests by individual arrangement.
Private and exclusive use of the heated indoor swimming pool is charged at £10 per hour for residential guests by arrangement. Guests booking full weeks in the two highest seasons (peak and high) have one hour per day included in their rental. Additional use is available at £10 per hour.
